1. Booking & Payments
1.1. All bookings require full payment as confirmation. Unpaid bookings will not be secured.
1.2. Payments must be made via the provided payment options on our website or at the venue.
1.3. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the booking will be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.

2. Court Usage
2.1. Courts must be used for their intended purpose (e.g., tennis, basketball, soccer, etc.).
2.2. Users must wear appropriate sportswear and non-marking footwear.
2.3. No food, alcohol, or smoking is allowed on the courts.
2.4. The facility must be kept clean, and any damage must be reported immediately.

3. Liability & Safety
3.1. Players use the courts at their own risk. The facility is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
3.2. Users must follow all safety rules and instructions from staff.
3.3. The facility reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who do not comply with the rules.

4. Weather Policy
4.1. In case of bad weather, outdoor bookings may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations.

5. Code of Conduct
5.1. All users must respect other players and staff. Aggressive or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the premises.
5.2. No unauthorized coaching, commercial activities, or events without prior approval.

6. Amendments
6.1. The facility reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
